Pilates

Pilates method formed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates (1880-1967).

Pilates is considered to be the most effective method of healing body injuries and one of the most effective methods to improve the quality of life.

The Pilates instructor is Basioni Maria who is a graduate of A.F. Studies, a member of EuropActive and a Pilates Academy graduate which is recognised universally. She was a student of Dance Star Academy and she holds certificates in Thai massage and Shiatsu.

Furthermore she is a black belt holder in Aikido and studies Katori and Kendo at Kobukan Dojo.
